The highly recognised and sought after accreditation is a guarantee of FASS’s commitment to quality, good working practices and continual improvement through a thorough independent and on-going audit process. This means that in addition to FASS’s established commitment to providing the best service possible, our clients can also be assured that this is officially recognised at the highest level through ISO 9001.
The ISO 9001 process has challenged Cambridgeshire based FASS to look at every aspect of the business, identifying not just the strengths but also the weaknesses, setting out clear steps in which these areas can be improved and putting those steps in place.
The Quality Management System not only looks at the company and our general internal procedures, but also the delivery of our fire and safety products and services, how these are implemented and the accountability process for each part of the delivery to the point of hand over to the client. This encourages and checks that the whole team approach every part of the business with a ‘right first time’ attitude which ultimately makes us more efficient and more importantly, provides a better experience for our clients.
